Cancellation

Service Cancellation by User:
- You may cancel any service by providing written notice to our support team or through the account management page (if available).
- Cancellation may be subject to fees if there is an ongoing contract or if a significant portion of the service has been rendered.
Cancellation by BM Traders:
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion, including violations of our Terms, unethical or illegal activities, or non-payment.

Refund Policy

Brokerage Services: Due to the nature of financial markets, fees paid for brokerage or advisory services are generally non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Consultancy & Professional Services: Partial refunds may be issued if the project is canceled before significant work has been completed.
Business Support Services: If the subscription-based support is canceled mid-term, refunds (if any) will be pro-rated based on the unused portion of the service, as outlined in your service agreement.

How to Request a Refund

Exceptions

No refunds will be provided for:

Late cancellations that fall outside the cancellation window specified in the service agreement.
Completed projects or services already fully rendered.
